Distribution:  South African Bush Duiker – From Kwa-Zulu Natal, into Mozambique, south of the Zambezi and into south-eastern Zimbabwe.

Size: SH: 50cm. W: 18kg

Description: There are fourteen subspecies of Bush Duikers which is divided into four groupings: Southern Bush Duiker (3 subspecies), Angolan Bush Duikers (one subspecies), East African Bush Duikers (seven subspecies) and West African Bush Duiker (three subspecies). 

Small antelope. Greyish-brown coat. Black marking on nose and under the eyes and black stripe on the tail.

Like in most subspecies the main difference is the colouration.

Sex Determination: Only males carry horns. Females are heavier than the males.
