SIZE HB: 105-150 cm. T 19-25cm. SH 61-100cm. W 24-60kg (female), 30-80kg (male).

Description: The smallest of the spiral horn family in Africa, short spiralled horns with (depending on the sub-specie) reddish brown coat to almost black.

Sex determination: Males carry the horns, females are eddish brown.

Trophy assessment: Anything from 14” and bigger

Shot Placement: Broadside – in the middle of the body straight-up with the front legs.

Frontal – Centre line in the chest.
